We serve traditional British food with a menu that changes daily depending on seasonality and what looks good on the day. All the meat we use is free range and traditionally reared, all our fish are from sustainable sources and almost all our produce is British.


Where possible all of our produce is sourced from small, independent suppliers who are passionate about what they do. Our fish and seafood comes from Steve Hatt; our pork (Gloucester Old Spot) and beef (Aberdeen Angus) are lovingly reared in Speyside, our lamb and mutton (Herdwick) are from Farmer Sharp’s in the Lake District; our wild venison comes from the West Highlands of Scotland and our other Game come from the Everleigh Estate in Wiltshire.
